Round-up in photos

Although I've done a little written round-up of the past couple of months, I also wanted to go through my photos and look back on what I've done so far and my favourite bits.

Although Perugia sits on the top of a hill, the low lying clouds that cover everything below make it seem so much higher up! Views like this make you feel like you're looking out of the window of a plane, and it's so atmospheric and calm. This photo was taken the morning that Tom arrived. At this point, I knew he was about to get on the plane and I was so, so excited. This view from my bedroom was a magical start to one of the best days!

I love these two photos just because they show how quaint and cute Perugia is. The Christmas markets and lights have been around for a few weeks now but I really am not tired of them. As a lover of fairy lights and anything 'pretty' this kind of thing just makes me happy and I'm so lucky to live somewhere where this is the norm!

Look at that cheesecake. LOOK AT IT. Look how beautiful it is.

This is at Trottamundo (I think mentioned in my favourite places to eat/drink) and was accompanied by good conversation, good wine and music. The best things! I love cheesecake and always crave it at the most bizarre of times, and this was one of them. By chance, they had some available and oh my, it was good. 

This photo really doesn't do the real life view justice. But still, isn't it lovely? 

It was actually only when Tom came to visit in November and took this photo of me that I realised I had no pictures of me in Perugia! For all you know, I could've just been stealing photos and making it all up...

So, here is one of my favourite views with my little head stuck in the middle, as evidential proof that I live here!
